Rivale carries the classical Holsteiner bloodlines of Romedio and Flaneur from his sire Rego Bfd combined with excellent old TB lines from his dam Montserrat.

He is a tall, athletic colt with a lovely calm temperament.  He will mature as a type suitable for dressage, eventing and showing.  He has long legs, a great length of rein and a strong back and loin.

He has supple, free movement with a good hindleg and knee action that shows his breeding.
